Nwandum Buma Gabriel

Mr. Nwandum Buma Gabriel attended the University of Dschang Cameroon Where he earned a Licence en Droit et Science politique (Studied both Civil and Common Law) in 2003, a postgraduate diploma Maitrise en Droit ( English Private Law) , a second postgraduate Degree in Law (Diplome d’Etude Approfondies – DEA – en Droit Communautaire et Comparé – CEMAC) from the prestigious ‘Temple de Savoir’ the University of Dschang Cameroon with speciality in Corporate Law and particular emphasis in Management and Responsibilities. He is wall vested with knowledge of the OHADA Uniform Acts and demonstrates an enviable knowledge in certain fields.
He has been heading since August 2008, the Legal Team of AFRIKANET Oxford Consultech, a British telecommunication Company with Branches all over Africa where he has demonstrated his abilities and mastery in the Field of Contract, Commercial and debt Recovery.
He is presently a senior jurist and researcher, working on a PhD on Transnational Financial Crimes and equally an attaché to the Common Law Department of one of the State universities of Cameroon since April 2009. He got expertise in the following field: performance of due diligence in national and transnational transactions, Corporation, Business Start – up, Corporate Management, Commercial and Law of Contract.
